Who are We?
Covering Western Washington and the Puget Sound region.
The Puget Sound Chapter is an active group of volunteers serving over 400 investment clubs and 5000 club and individual members in the Pacific Northwest. The Puget Sound Chapter provides free seminars on BetterInvesting for individuals seminars as well as How to Start Your Own Investment Club. chapter Board members are also available to visit clubs on a volunteers basis to provide support and information about BetterInvesting investment principles and other topics. Our educational seminars are offered throughout the year on stock analysis and club accounting. A two-day Education Conference (formerly called the Investors Fair) has been held each November since 1980 featuring interesting speakers from a variety of national and international companies.
There are two Special Interest Workshops in our chapters. Groups meet monthly in Seattle and Silverdale. Volunteers are on hand during each meeting to demonstrate the use of investment analysis, portfolio management and club accounting software, and to answer questions from beginner and advanced users.
